Here are some illustrations I did for a business magazine called "Return on Performance"

Pest Control

I read a book more than a decade ago, that really hit my funny bone, and more than that, it read like a movie. The book was called "Pest Control", by Bill Fitzhugh, and I loved the cast of characters. I loaned the book out recently, which brought it back to the forefront of my mind, so I thought I'd take a stab at designing Bob, and the cast of killers that populate his world.

Here's another face paint...I'll keep trying it til I find a process I like.

No new paintings at this time, but here are a couple sketches.

Here's a little birdie from today. Still working on painting styles, and colour...not sure I've got it yet, but it never hurts to try.

It's been a while since I had the time to post anything, so here's a few miscellaneous doodles.

This is a couple days late, but As a Derek Jeter fan I feel compelled to acknowledge his overtaking Lou Gehrig, on the all time Yankee hit list...even if it is a crappy sketch...and missing the pinstripes.

Killer Prom Queen

This was done for a contest at conceptart.org, which I may or may not submit, depending largely on whether I can figure out how to post drawings. I still think she's pretty cute, so here she is.

It's been quite some time since my last post, and I've learned new stuff about blogging. For instance if I wish to write about the doodles I post, I just write in the same window as the images...seems simple, I know! Until now, I've been squeezing little snippets of incoherent babbling into the "labels" section, which I find out is for quick referencing commonly themed posts...So let's start a new era of easy to reference pictures.
