Christmas Goat!

Taking a small break from my work filled Saturday, to post another iPhone sketch from last night. I'd seen some photos of goats in sweaters, and figured a goat in a scarf might be fun...I was right.

Here are a couple more iPhone doodles, using a Wacom Bamboo stylus with the Sketchbook Mobile App. Lemongrab is the most quoted Adventure Time character by my wife and I, therefore a doodle was warranted....and a Yeti, or yeti suit.

IPhone Doodles

I found my Wacom Bamboo stylus the other day while cleaning, so I opened up Autodesk Sketchbook on the new IPhone, for some doodlin'. I find the most time consuming thing is switching brushes, colours, layers, etc...I think I'd like to try the new Wacom stylus, with all it's customizable buttons, and pressure sensitivity. If anyone has tried this new magical device, please let me know how it worked!

Yeah, this is not the lead character of an insanely popular novel, turned film series... I just needed an outfit for this bitter, jaded, cynical lady, and I happened upon a photo of Jennifer Lawrence, in the street clothes costume of Katniss. I am really enjoying painting on paper then doing line work digitally! Think I'll keep at it.

Here's a watercolour drawn last night and painted this morning. I normally ink them on paper as well, but I thought for her, I'd rather have a bit softer line work, so I did that in Sketchbook Pro, with the pencil tool in black and white.
